In Germany, the average wait for a statutory therapy place is three to six months — often considerably longer. An initial consultation with me is typically available within a few days. Support that arrives months late rarely arrives at the right moment.

Conventional healthcare thinks in diagnostic codes and reimbursable procedures. I think in people, strengths and solutions — evidence-based, but without tunnel vision. Your actual needs take centre stage, not the categories a system can bill for.

Public systems are built to treat established conditions. Counselling intervenes earlier — where stress is already felt but no clinical diagnosis yet exists. That earlier moment is often the most effective one, and it protects against more serious consequences down the line.
