Panagiotis
Giannikakis
As a psychological counsellor, health coach and sexual counsellor, I combine salutogenic health promotion with grounded clinical experience — from prevention and wellbeing to supporting people through serious life challenges.
I have clinical experience with severe mental health conditions (LVR-recognised work in supported living — non-therapeutic capacity) as well as international EAP experience. As a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), I work to the highest professional standards — in German and English.

Psychological counselling supports people with everyday challenges, stress, life decisions and personal development — without diagnosing or treating mental illness. Psychotherapy, by contrast, is a medically regulated treatment for diagnosed mental disorders, carried out by licensed therapists or psychiatrists.
Anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed or is going through a difficult period — whether that's burnout, relationship problems, anxiety, grief or a major life change. No formal diagnosis is required.
The 60-minute consultation takes place via video call. We get to know each other, you describe your situation and we discuss whether and how I can support you.
Yes, I offer counselling sessions in both German and English.
