Health coaching supports you in making lasting changes to your lifestyle — whether that means managing weight, reducing stress, improving sleep or building sustainable routines. My approach is based on the salutogenic model of health: instead of focusing purely on what makes you ill, we look at what keeps you well and how to strengthen those resources. Health is not an end state — it is a dynamic process that we actively shape together.

I combine psychological knowledge with a salutogenic understanding of health. This means: we work not only on behaviours, but also on the thoughts, beliefs and emotional patterns that underlie them. Sustainable change requires more than willpower — it requires a clear understanding of your own patterns and concrete strategies for lasting improvement. All sessions take place via video call, so you can access coaching from anywhere in the world, flexibly and discreetly.
