What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching supports leaders, managers and high-performing professionals in developing their full potential — psychologically, professionally and personally. It is not mentoring and not therapy, but a structured, confidential process that combines psychological depth with practical application. Drawing on my experience as an international EAP counsellor and my work with organisations across sectors, I understand the specific pressures and dynamics that come with leadership and high performance.
