Sexual Counselling

Professional and discreet support for questions of sexuality, intimacy and partnership — without judgement.

What is sexual counselling?

Sexual counselling is a professional, non-therapeutic service that supports individuals and couples in dealing openly with questions around sexuality and intimacy. It creates a protected space to address topics that are often difficult to raise elsewhere — free from shame, free from judgement, and with complete confidentiality. Sexual counselling does not replace sex therapy carried out by licensed therapists, but it offers valuable support for a wide range of everyday concerns and life situations.

Topics and areas of support

Sexual counselling can address a broad range of concerns, including:

  • Sexual dysfunction (e.g. loss of desire, pain, difficulties with arousal)
  • Questions around sexual identity and orientation
  • Intimacy difficulties in partnerships
  • Communication about sexuality in relationships
  • Shame, anxiety or insecurity around sexuality
  • Life changes affecting sexuality (e.g. after illness, pregnancy or separation)
  • Pornography use and related concerns

Discretion and professionalism

All sessions are conducted via encrypted video call and are subject to strict professional confidentiality. The online format offers an additional layer of discretion: you take part from the comfort and privacy of your own environment. I approach every topic — however sensitive — with professional composure, respect and absolute non-judgement. Whether you come alone or as a couple, in German or English: you will be heard.

Please note: This is counselling (sexual counselling), not psychotherapy. If your concerns require therapeutic treatment, I will inform you clearly and transparently — and support you in finding an appropriate referral.

Take the first step — in confidence.
