Clarity, communication and new perspectives — for partnerships and individuals navigating relationship challenges.
Relationship counselling supports individuals in understanding and working through the challenges that arise in their partnership. It provides a neutral, structured space to address communication difficulties, recurring conflicts, trust issues or questions about the future of a relationship. Relationship counselling is not couples therapy — it does not treat clinical conditions — but it is an effective form of professional support for the full range of relationship challenges that people face in everyday life.

Sessions take place via secure video call, in German or English, from wherever suits you best — offering flexibility and complete confidentiality for your individual relationship work, wherever you are based.

A dedicated focus of the programme was couples counselling and communication in relationship conflict — from navigating acute crises to sensitively addressing distressing experiences that affect a partnership. This deepened academic foundation informs my relationship counselling — which I offer exclusively as individual sessions, not as a substitute for couples therapy.
